1. 서비스와 이용 자격

Yesterwalk는 이용자가 시작한 걷기 세션의 실제 이동 방향을 가상 역사 지도 탐방과 연결하고, 건강 기록, 역사 자료의 열람·청취, 휴식, 검증된 기록과 정보 교환을 제공하는 건강·교육 탐방 서비스입니다. 서비스는 만 18세 이상 이용자에게 제공되며, 계정 연동은 선택입니다.

2. 위치·걸음 정보와 안전

위치 접근은 이용자가 시작한 탐방 세션에 필요한 범위에서 동의를 받아 처리합니다. 동의를 거부하거나 철회하면 일부 기능이 축소될 수 있습니다. 서비스는 긴급 구조나 전문 길 안내를 대체하지 않으므로, 이용자는 교통 규칙과 현장 안내를 따르고 안전하지 않은 상황에서는 탐방을 멈춰야 합니다.

3. 탐방 검증과 검증 제한

서버가 탐방 검증, 발견, 정보 접근과 기능 제한을 최종 판단합니다. 위치·걸음·기기 무결성 신호, 신고와 보안 정보를 이용할 수 있으며 탐지 기준과 임계값은 공개하지 않습니다. 부정 이용 이력은 탐방 검증에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.

  1. 의심 구간 보류와 검증 중 표시
  2. 추가 기기 검증
  3. 거리·정보 교환·채팅 기능 제한
  4. 일시 정지
  5. 영구 정지

모든 단계에서 사유, 자동 처리 또는 운영자 처리 여부, 이의 경로를 알립니다. 이의는 앱 또는 support@yesterwalk.com으로 제기할 수 있습니다.

디지털 상품의 가격·내용·구매 조건은 구매 화면에 고지하며, 결제와 환불은 구매한 앱 스토어 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다. 보안·법령·안전·운영상 필요한 경우 기능을 바꾸거나 일시 중단할 수 있고 중요한 변경은 사전에 알립니다. 서비스는 의료 진단, 응급 대응, 전문 길 안내를 제공하지 않습니다.

Terms of Service

DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. Yesterwalk is a health and educational exploration service connecting a user-started walking session to a virtual historical map. It is offered to people 18 or older; account connection is optional.

Location, safety, and verification

Location is processed with consent only as needed for an exploration session. The Service does not replace emergency assistance or professional route guidance. The server makes final determinations about exploration verification, discoveries, information access, and feature limits. A history of improper use may affect exploration verification.

A verification hold may include holding a suspicious segment, additional device verification, feature limits, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension. At every step, we provide the reason, whether it was automated or handled by an operator, and an appeal path.

Conduct, digital products, and contact

Users must not distort verification, misuse another person's account or location information, submit repeated false reports, harm another person, or infringe service materials. Digital-product purchases and refunds follow the policy of the app store where the purchase was made and applicable law. Questions and appeals: support@yesterwalk.com.
