위치기반서비스 이용약관
제1조 목적과 회사 정보
이 약관은 Yesterwalk 운영 법인(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 위치기반서비스의 내용과 회사·이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다. 이 약관에서 정하지 않은 사항은 위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률, 개인정보 보호법 및 관련 법령을 따릅니다.

제2조 서비스 내용과 요금
회사는 이용자가 시작한 탐방 세션에서 실제 이동 방향의 가상 역사 지도 반영, 위치·걸음 신호의 서버 기반 검증, 지역·방위·휴식 조건에 따른 기록·발견 안내, 휴식 거점 안내와 안전 관련 방향 조정을 제공합니다. 위치기반 기능 자체에 별도 이용요금은 부과하지 않으며, 데이터 통신료는 이용자의 이동통신 요금제에 따라 발생할 수 있습니다.
제3조 수집·이용·보유
회사는 동의를 받은 뒤 탐방 세션에 필요한 범위에서 개인위치정보를 수집·이용합니다. 원시 GPS 샘플은 탐방 검증과 이의 절차가 끝난 뒤 30일 안에 파기합니다. 거리·방위·구역 등 파생값은 기록, 이의, 보안 및 법령상 의무에 필요한 기간 처리할 수 있습니다. 다른 이용자의 실시간 정밀 위치는 표시하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
제4조 제공과 이용자의 권리
회사는 동의 없이 개인위치정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령상 의무, 별도 동의 또는 법정 요청이 필요한 경우 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 필요한 고지를 합니다. 이용자는 언제든 동의 철회, 수집·이용·제공의 일시 중지, 사실 확인자료의 열람·고지와 오류 정정, 위치 기록 삭제와 데이터 내보내기를 앱 설정 또는 문의처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
제5조 동의·보호·변경
위치 동의는 명확한 화면에서 별도로 받습니다. 동의를 철회하거나 위치 권한을 끄면 위치 기반 기능이 축소될 수 있으나, 이를 이유로 기본 기능 이용을 부당하게 막지 않습니다. 서비스는 만 18세 미만에게 제공하지 않습니다. 회사는 접근 권한 관리, 전송·보관 보호, 기록 관리 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용하며, 변경 이유와 내용을 시행 전에 웹사이트와 서비스에서 쉽게 확인할 수 있게 알립니다.
제6조 검증 제한·분쟁 처리
위치·걸음·기기 무결성 신호는 탐방 검증과 검증 제한에 사용될 수 있습니다. 제한 시 사유와 이의 경로를 안내하며, 탐지 기준과 임계값은 공개하지 않습니다. 위치정보 관련 문의·불만·분쟁은 support@yesterwalk.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다.

Location-Based Service Terms

Purpose and service content
These terms describe the location-based service provided by the Yesterwalk operating legal entity. For an exploration session started by the user, the service reflects real movement direction on a virtual historical map, checks the consistency of location and step signals on the server, gives record and discovery guidance, and provides rest-hub guidance. Another user's real precise location is never displayed or provided.
Collection, retention, and sharing
After obtaining consent, we collect and use personal location information only as needed for an exploration session. Raw GPS samples are deleted within 30 days after exploration verification and appeal procedures are complete. Derived distance, bearing, and area values may be processed for records, appeals, security, and legal obligations. We do not provide personal location information to a third party without consent except as permitted by law.
Rights, age, and verification holds
Users may withdraw consent, request temporary suspension, access records confirming collection, use, or provision, request correction, delete location records, or export data through app settings or support@yesterwalk.com. The Service is not offered to people under 18. Location, step, and device-integrity signals may support server verification and a verification hold; if a hold applies, we provide the reason and an appeal path.
Fees, safeguards, and changes
There is no separate fee for location-based features, although mobile-carrier data charges may apply. We use reasonable access, transmission, storage, and record safeguards. We announce the reason and content of a material change before it takes effect.
