1. 처리자와 문의처
개인정보처리자는 Yesterwalk 운영 법인(확정 전)이며, 문의는 support@yesterwalk.com으로 받습니다.
2. 수집 정보와 목적

위치 접근은 이용자가 시작한 탐방 세션의 맥락에서만 요청합니다. 건강·걸음 정보는 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 기간과 제3자 제공
원시 GPS 샘플은 탐방 검증과 이의 절차가 끝난 뒤 30일 안에 파기합니다. 원시 GPS가 아닌 파생값은 기록, 이의, 보안 및 법령상 의무에 필요한 기간 처리할 수 있습니다. 개인정보와 개인위치정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령, 별도 동의 또는 이용자 요청으로 제공이 필요하면 필요한 고지와 동의를 진행합니다.

이용자는 동의 철회, 처리 중지, 열람·정정·삭제, 위치 기록 삭제와 데이터 내보내기를 앱 설정 또는 문의처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 만 18세 미만에게 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 보호·검증 제한·변경
접근 통제, 전송·보관 보호, 권한 관리 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다. 위치·걸음·기기 무결성 신호는 서버의 탐방 검증과 검증 제한에 사용될 수 있으며, 제한 시 사유와 이의 경로를 알립니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 웹사이트 또는 서비스에서 알립니다.

Controller, collection, and purpose
The controller is the Yesterwalk operating legal entity, pending final registration. Contact support@yesterwalk.com. We collect account and device identifiers, raw GPS samples and derived distance, bearing, and area values, step signals, device-integrity signals, support messages, reports, and transaction status only as needed for exploration sessions, server verification, safety, support, and security.
Retention and sharing
Raw GPS samples are deleted within 30 days after exploration verification and appeal procedures are complete. Derived values may be retained for records, appeals, security, and legal obligations. We do not sell or provide personal information or personal location information to third parties. Required disclosure is preceded by the notice and consent required by law.
Separate consent and rights
Location, health and step, marketing, and advertising consent are separate. Health and step information is never used for advertising. You may withdraw consent, request suspension, access, correction, deletion, location-record deletion, or data export through app settings or support. The Service is not offered to people under 18.
Safeguards and changes
We use reasonable access, transmission, storage, and permission safeguards. Location, step, and device-integrity signals may support server verification and a verification hold; we provide a reason and appeal path if a hold applies. Material changes are announced before they take effect.
